Kiwi House, Derby

The client requested a scheme that was considerate to the home’s geographical setting, and reflected a sophisticated, suburban aesthetic. It was required that the interior scheme was simple, coordinated and progressed using colour to distinguish ground, first and second floor levels, and careful consideration given to the design of the areas where residents live with dementia.

The reception areas elegance is derived from its restraint color palette of silver, sand and granite, and luxurious shimmering trellis wallcovering, natural stone and wood plank effect flooring. Each floor is defined by a different colour spectrum from, petrol blue, jade and buttermilk, to heather, mauve and oatmeal, to burnt orange, mulberry red and mink.
